some Internet Malware recently which is affecting display of HIKVISION DVRs in INDIA

This is arising due to some Internet Malware recently which is affecting display of DVR.
Please follow this steps to upgrade DVR & smooth working furthermore,

Step 1. Please download the firmware & TFTP Folder from [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

Step 2. Connect the DVR directly to PC/Laptop using LAN cable & disconnect from the internet.
Step 3. Copy downloaded TFTP folder, extract it using WinRAR & paste it in to your local drive for example D:\ drive
Step 4. Put the firmware under the same TFTP folder, for example D:\TFTP\digicap.dav
• Please note, the new firmware is available for all DS-71XX-XX-SL, DS-72XX-XX-SH, DS-72XX-XX-SV, DS-71XX-XX-SH, DS-73XX-XX-SH, DS-81XX-XX-SH
Step 5. Set the IP of computer as 192.0.0.128

Step 6. Double click on tftpserv.exe under TFTP Folder to run.
Step 7. Power on the DVR, the device will go for the PC to search the new firmware and upgrade automatically when find it.
Step 8. DVR will restart automatically after being upgraded.
Step 9. Shut the TFTP down before the DVR power on again.
